Definition

Omnipanoptica described "the concept that every piece of public information is available to all members of a group. Security cameras, financial information, etc etc. We are moving towards a society under total surveillance, there is no way to avert this without a violent insurrection. Instead lets take these concepts and alter them to our own benefit. Who will watch the watchers? The watchers then watch the watchers ad infinitum".
