Ocular Convergence

Ocular convergence describes a social moment in which many actors on a network converge on a social object. Examples of ocular convergence are major disasters spread on social networks such as the Earthquake in Haiti or Japan, or the death of a celebrity. Viral videos are examples of ocular convergences.
