Definition

Node centrality is a term used to describe the closeness of an actor in a network to the center of the network. Online, those with clout or significant social influence are often closer to the center of node networks, especially node networks with dense clusters. Those with the most efficient and communicated ideas are also near the center of node networks. Key influencers can be found at node centralities.
